HM Defense Avenger Features The HM Defense Avenger pairs a bolt action with familiar AR-platform ergonomics giving shooters the manipulation they already know alongside the accuracy benefits of a locked bolt system. Its 20 inch Match Grade chromoly barrel is finished in black Cerakote and cut with a 1:8 inch twist rate matched well to the heavier 6.5 Creedmoor bullets favored for long-range work. The aluminum receiver finished in Tungsten Gray Cerakote provides a rigid platform for the action while keeping overall weight manageable. A user-adjustable trigger breaking at 3 pounds gives a clean predictable release for precision shot placement. A 14 inch free-floating Picatinny rail runs the length of the receiver offering unobstructed mounting space for a long-range optic without contacting the barrel. The M-LOK handguard beneath it accepts bipods lights and other accessories for a fully customized setup. An extended AR-10 pattern charging handle makes manipulating the bolt straightforward even with gloves on. The rifle ships with no sights installed reflecting its intended use with a mounted optic for serious long-range shooting. HM Defense built the Avenger around a custom Mil-Spec HM black synthetic stock and matching black polymer grip both chosen for durability and a consistent cheek weld shot after shot. The rifle includes a 10 round magazine giving it a 10+1 capacity for extended range sessions or hunting trips without constant reloading. This combination of AR ergonomics a Match Grade barrel and a precision trigger makes the Avenger well suited to PRS-style competition and long-range hunting alike. The HM Defense Avenger in 6.5 Creedmoor offers serious reach for shooters who want a bolt gun that handles like the rifles they already train on.
