Griffin Armament Suppressor Ready Rail Features The Griffin Armament Suppressor Ready Rail is machined from close tolerance 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with a type 3 hard coat anodize for long term durability. Its octagonal M-LOK design allows a silencer up to 1.5 inches in outside diameter to be mounted inside the rail itself shortening the overall length of a suppressed AR-15 build. The barrel nut installs easily to 35 to 85 foot pounds using the included Griffin Armorers Wrench simplifying assembly for builders. At 10.5 inches long and just 9.5 ounces the rail adds minimal weight to the front end of the rifle. A new slip fit clamp design makes installation straightforward eliminating the need for shims or special timing procedures during mounting. The low profile clamp geometry at the rear of the rail stays comfortable even during long durations of carry at static positions. M-LOK slots on each 45 degree surface allow mounting of lights lasers or other accessories exactly where needed. A contiguous Picatinny top rail ensures repeatable accurate mounting for night vision and thermal optics rounding out a versatile handguard for suppressed AR builds.
