G-Outdoors Tactical Suppressor Cover Features The G-Outdoors Tactical Suppressor Cover is constructed from durable 1000D nylon giving it the strength to handle repeated mounting and removal without tearing or fraying. Its heat resistant inner lining combines fiberglass and silicon material to protect the cover from the extreme heat generated by a suppressor during extended strings of fire. This lining also helps reduce the visual mirage that heat radiating off a bare suppressor creates which can distort the sight picture through an optic. Sized at 7.5 long this cover is built specifically to fit suppressors of that length for a secure low-profile fit. A tether line is included to prevent the cover from sliding forward during shooting keeping it properly seated over the suppressor body through recoil impulses. This simple feature saves shooters from constantly readjusting the cover mid-session which matters during training or hunting scenarios with multiple shots fired in sequence. The 1000D nylon construction also stands up well to field conditions resisting abrasion from slings packs and brush contact. Offered in a durable black finish the G-Outdoors Tactical Suppressor Cover is a practical accessory for shooters looking to protect their optics from suppressor mirage.
