Freedom Ordnance FX9P Features The Freedom Ordnance FX9P runs on a straightforward blowback operating system chambered in 9mm Luger cycling reliably through a 4 black nitride finished steel barrel. The barrel is fitted with a faux suppressor that extends the sight radius and adds a purposeful silhouette without the regulatory burden of an actual suppressor. A 1/2x28 threaded muzzle sits beneath that faux can so the pistol keeps compensator or additional muzzle device compatibility once the faux suppressor is removed. The selector switch safety gives the shooter a simple positive manual safety that is easy to manipulate under stress and the 31+1 capacity Glock pattern magazine feeds the action with plenty of reserve for range sessions or defensive use. The SB Tactical SBA3 brace ships installed from the factory giving the FX9P a stable shooting platform that adjusts to the shooter s preference without needing aftermarket parts. An OD Green anodized aluminum receiver carries a full length Picatinny rail on top for mounting a red dot or magnifier while the M-LOK handguard offers room for lights foregrips or slings at multiple positions around the forend. The proprietary Freedom Ordnance angled fore grip rounds out the ergonomics package giving the support hand a natural aggressive purchase point during rapid fire. At 4.62 lbs and just under 20 overall the FX9P is light and compact enough for concealed transport in a range bag while still delivering the round count and modularity serious 9mm pistol shooters expect.
