Freedom Ordnance FX9R Elite Features The Freedom Ordnance FX9R Elite in 9mm Luger is built around a 16 black nitride barrel a durable finish that resists corrosion and wear through extended range use and the barrel is pinned and welded to maintain that 16 overall length while keeping the rifle NFA compliant. The Elite flash hider designed in-house by Freedom Ordnance tames muzzle rise and flash for faster follow-up shots and keeps the shooter s sight picture on target between rounds. A Warhammer ambidextrous charging handle gives shooters of either hand quick positive manipulation of the action a detail that matters for both right- and left-handed shooters running the gun hard. The rifle is built to be completely modular accepting a nearly endless range of AR-15 pattern accessories for shooters who want to customize their build around their own preferences and mission whether that is home defense range plinking or training. The Flat Dark Earth anodized aluminum receiver carries a full-length Picatinny rail for optics mounting giving shooters a consistent optics-ready platform for red dots or magnified glass. The B5 Systems Bravo stock and P Type grip bring proven ergonomics and durability to the controls two components trusted across the AR-15 market for their comfortable geometry and rugged construction. The M-LOK free float handguard comes with an angled foregrip preinstalled giving shooters an immediate comfortable forward grip option without any additional purchase and the free float design keeps the barrel isolated from handguard pressure for consistent accuracy. Rubber M-LOK rail covers protect the hand from heat while adding a comfortable gripping surface a small but practical touch for shooters running the gun through extended range sessions.
