Flextone Makin Bacon Features The Flextone Makin Bacon is built around an expandable flex hose that lets hunters vary both tone and inflection while calling giving the call a more realistic dynamic sound than a fixed-tone alternative. That flexibility allows a single call to reproduce the distress squeals and grunts of both young and old hogs broadening its usefulness across different hunting situations. At longer range the call delivers enough volume to help locate hog packs moving through thick cover or open fields. When hogs are closer hunters can soften their calling to draw in cautious animals without spooking them. Built from polypropylene and plastic in a black and orange finish the Makin Bacon is designed to be durable in the field while remaining easy to spot if set down in heavy brush. The call is rated as easy to use and does not require hands-free operation making it straightforward for hunters of any experience level. Flextone designed this call specifically around hog vocalizations giving hunters a dedicated tool rather than a generalized predator or game call. For hog hunters looking for an effective easy-to-use distress call the Flextone Makin Bacon is a solid purpose-built choice.
