Carlsons CORE Long Range Choke Tube Features The Carlsons Choke Tubes CORE choke tube is machined to the Crio Plus thread pattern used on Benelli shotguns ensuring a precise secure fit into the muzzle without gas leakage around the threads. Its long range constriction squeezes the shot column tighter than a standard modified or full choke which extends the distance at which a dense effective pattern can be delivered on target. This makes the tube well suited to pass shooting waterfowl or reaching out on turkey at extended range where pattern density matters most. The black finish is designed to withstand field conditions without drawing unwanted attention or reflecting light. Carlsons built the CORE line specifically to give shotgun owners an affordable upgrade path over factory chokes without needing to send the barrel out for gunsmithing work. Because it threads directly into the Benelli Crio Plus pattern installation is a simple hand-tight swap that any shotgun owner can perform at home. Extended range performance like this is especially valuable to hunters who cannot always control the distance at which birds present a shot. The Carlsons CORE Long Range choke tube is a straightforward way to extend a Benelli shotgun s effective range in the field.
