Anschutz 1761 Magazine Features The Anschutz 1761 magazine is machined from stainless steel giving it the strength and corrosion resistance shooters expect from a precision rimfire component. Its 5-round capacity is well suited to controlled deliberate rimfire shooting disciplines where a compact flush-fitting magazine keeps the rifle s profile clean. The silver stainless finish resists the moisture and handling wear that can degrade a blued or polymer magazine over time. Built to Anschutz specifications it drops into the intended rifle without modification for consistent reliable feeding. Beyond its stated .17 HMR chambering the 1761 magazine is also noted to fit .22 WMR firearms giving owners of compatible rifles some added flexibility between two popular rimfire magnum cartridges. Its compact dimensions make it easy to carry as a spare in a range bag or pocket without adding noticeable bulk. A stainless steel body also simplifies cleaning since fouling and moisture wipe away easily without staining or pitting the metal. This magazine is a practical factory-correct choice for Anschutz rimfire rifle owners looking to keep a reliable spare on hand.
