American Defense AD-AEMS Features The American Defense Mfg. AD-AEMS mount is engineered as a direct quick release replacement mount for the Holosun AEMS red dot letting shooters detach and remount the optic in seconds. Machined from 6061 T6 aluminum the mount is built to handle recoil and repeated mounting cycles without loosening or shifting position. Its hard coat T3 Mil-Spec anodized finish in black resists wear corrosion and the scuffs that come with hard use on a duty or range rifle. The lower one third height setting places the AEMS at a natural co-witness position with iron sights for fast target transitions. At the heart of the mount is American Defense s patented QD Auto Lock Lever system designed to clamp down securely on rail systems that fall both in spec and out of spec. This adaptability means the mount stays tight on rifles where dimensional variance might loosen a standard lever design. The quick release lever allows the optic to be pulled and reattached rapidly while returning to zero useful for shooters who swap optics between rifles or need to stow their sight quickly. The American Defense AD-AEMS is for sale at GrabAGun for AEMS owners who want a dependable repeatable quick detach mounting solution.
