Rifle is preowned and in great shape. There are lighter handling marks and signs of use throughout the piece but absolutely nothing egregious or noteworthy. An Ior Bucuresti 5-40x56 scope, with a UV filter, is included as well. If you are not familiar with the company and the quality of attachments that they produce, it is absolutely worth doing some research. This is really a rare opportunity to purchase an AMAZING rifle. One 5-round magazine and the pictured bipod are included as well. The rifle itself is now discontinued but originally retailed for $3999.99 on most sites at the time and the scope retails for about the same, $3899.99. Total cost to purchase this new would be about $7500 excluding taxes and fees - the savings are REAL on this one. Barrel measures 24", chambered in .308 Win, and has a capacity of 5 rounds.
