J.C. Higgins Model 31 semiautomatic rifle chambered for any .22 long, long rifle or .22 shorts, high speed only. The condition of the wood is in good shape but there is some rust starting to form on the barrel and the receiver could use a good cleaning. It is operational but isn't as smooth as it would be it was cleaned.
