The Mallet Trail Speed Lace Seal shoe pairs a 360deg adjustable ankle wrap with a waterproof membrane to keep water out on creek crossings and downpour rides. Low-absorption interior materials dry out fast once the weather breaks, and reflective details on the toe and heel add visibility for dusk descents. Underfoot, a fiber-reinforced shank drives efficient power transfer, while a TPU-reinforced toe box protects against rock strikes. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I run these on Crankbrothers pedals and never think twice about entry or exit, wet or dry. When I'm hiking a wet, rooty section, the HYDRO compound at the toe and heel keeps me upright instead of skating on slick rock."
