evo.com | K2 Skis > A new width in the popular Reckoner lineup, the K2 Reckoner 110 Skis give you just enough float for most freshie days without killing your groomer buzz when it doesn't snow. Stable and solid, but with a more relaxed tail rocker profile than a comparable width Mindbender, these are made for off-piste mobility in trees and sketchy terrain when you often need to get the tail to come around in a hurry. The new standard Reckoner construction, with Carbon Boost, Spectral Braid and full length TwinTech sidewalls deliver the goods. Sintered Base We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width. Bio Resin Increases bonding with the core, adds cold temperature strength, and is more sustainable than traditional resins. All-Terrain Twin Rocker A variation on K2's All-Terrain Rocker, but with the same gradual early rise at both tip and tail. Twin Tech Sidewalls Full length sidewall construction for durability and energy transfer. The Salomon Strive 14 GW Ski Bindings are an all-new lightweight resort ripper for responsive freeriding. The design of the LDN toepiece puts you close to the snow for maximum contact and response, enhancing power transmission for a smooth on-snow feel. The superlight design is reinforced with metal in key areas, and 45mm of elastic travel means they can handle rough riding without letting you down. The low profile Strive 14 bindings set a new standard in all-mountain performance. We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width. LDN Toe Low. Direct. Neutral. These are the deign characteristics of the revolutionary new LDN Toepiece. A lower center of gravity places the binding closer to the ski for better next-to-snow feel and the wide base delivers more direct response and reaction throughout the turn. The flatter, neutral stance puts the skier in a more balanced position by preserving the natural flex and arc of the ski. Locking Brakes The brakes feature a smartly designed clip-in system that locks the skis together as you throw them over your shoulder, making long hauls easy! Automatic Toe Adaptation The toe adapts automatically to your alpine normed boot height and ensures constant release values, even on worn out boots.
