The Black Diamond Stella-R headlamp throws a wide 30-degree beam built for hands-free camp lighting, not just a narrow trail beam pointed straight ahead. Full color, campfire, and color vortex modes turn it into ambient lighting for the whole site, so it works as easily set on a table as worn on a head. A rechargeable battery over USB-C and a padded, adjustable headband round out a light built for cooking, hanging out, and everything in between. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"We set it in the middle of the picnic table on color vortex mode instead of everyone wearing their own headlamp and blinding each other across dinner. It turned into the campsite's actual light source, not just something strapped to one person's head."
