TriStar Raptor II Field Compact Features The TriStar Raptor II Field Compact is a semi-automatic shotgun built with a compact frame to fit smaller-framed and youth shooters comfortably. The matte blue metal finish resists glare in bright field conditions while standing up to the elements during long days outdoors. A polymer-constructed action keeps the gun light in the hand reducing fatigue when carrying it through brush or over long walks. The fiber optic front sight gathers ambient light for a bright fast sight picture on moving targets. Wrapped in a Muddy Girl camo synthetic stock and forend this Raptor II stands out from the typical all-black field gun while still delivering dependable semi-auto function. The right-handed layout and compact dimensions make it an approachable first shotgun for new shooters stepping up from smaller calibers. Its 20 gauge chambering offers a manageable recoil impulse well suited to learning proper shotgunning fundamentals. Backed by TriStar s reputation for affordable field-ready shotguns the Raptor II Field Compact is built to get new hunters into the field with confidence.
