APF Strike One Ergal Features The American Precision Firearms Strike One Ergal is built by Arsenal Firearms in Italy around a 7075 Ergal aluminum frame chambered in 9mm with a 5 inch barrel for a long sight radius suited to competitive shooting. The Speedlock system and oversized magazine release are designed to speed up reloads and manipulations under time pressure a critical advantage in competition. A competition flat trigger with a 5.29 pound pull weight gives the shooter a crisp consistent break that supports fast accurate follow-up shots. The pistol is optics ready allowing a red dot to be mounted for faster target transitions between stages a feature that has become essential for serious competitors chasing every fraction of a second. Sighting is handled by an adjustable rear sight paired with a fiber optic front sight giving the shooter a precise reference for zeroing at various distances and for quick visual pickup under recoil. Finished in a bold Gold that sets it apart from typical black competition pistols the Strike One Ergal makes a visual statement on the line as well as a functional one. At just over 2 pounds unloaded and 8.3 inches long the pistol balances a substantial platform with manageable overall dimensions keeping recoil controlled while remaining easy to holster and transport between stages.
