The Permanent Vacation snowboard carries a medium-flex directional twin shape built to hold an edge on groomers and stay playful through side hits, and quick-entry hardware keeps every lap moving on this package. The T32M FASE binding's AutoBack highback locks in with a boot step instead of a crouch, so getting strapped in stops eating into ride time. The Shifty BOA boot's soft flex and single-dial closure round out the setup, giving a rider still building confidence a comfortable base under a board and binding built for more advanced terrain. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I clip into the FASE binding standing up at the top of the run and I'm still locked in tight enough to push this board's edge through a groomer without hesitating. The Shifty boot's soft flex takes the edge off a long day, so I'm not trading control for comfort just because I'm still building mine."
