Product Description The UM Tactical Qualifier Holster (QU-SPD-ECH-RH) is a premium, handmade holster crafted from Boltaron thermoplastic, specifically designed to fit the Springfield Echelon for right-hand draw. Boltaron offers a significantly wider temperature tolerance than standard Kydex, resisting cracking in arctic cold and deformation in high heat, while delivering ultra-high impact resistance. Each holster is built entirely in-house, ensuring unmatched quality control from start to finish. The Qualifier&';s standout feature is its seamless convertibility: users can quickly switch from Inside the Waistband (IWB) to Outside the Waistband (OWB) carry simply by swapping the IWB clip for the included OWB Qualifier strap. The OWB strap keeps the holster riding tight and close to the body without compromising adjustable retention, giving the user confidence and comfort in any carry configuration. Product Highlights Dual Carry Mode: Converts quickly between IWB and OWB carry by swapping the included clip and Qualifier strap, offering maximum versatility. Premium Boltaron Construction: Outperforms Kydex with superior temperature range, impact resistance, and long-term durability for everyday carry. Handmade In-House: Every holster is crafted domestically in-house, ensuring consistent quality control and precise firearm fitment for the Springfield Echelon. Adjustable Retention: Includes 2 attachment screws and adjustable retention so users can dial in their preferred draw tension. Complete Package: Comes with the holster, OWB strap, IWB clip, 2 attachment screws, and adjustable retention hardware -- everything needed for either carry style.
