The Santa Cruz Stigmata Force 1x AXS RSV swaps in a set of Reserve carbon wheels that pull real weight out of the build without changing anything about the cyclocross-bred geometry that defines the rest of the Stigmata line. That weight comes off the wheels themselves, the part of the bike where cutting rotating mass has the most effect on how quickly it accelerates and climbs. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"The Eagle Transmission derailleur held its line through a rutted climb out of the saddle instead of clattering against the cage the way a mechanical derailleur would have. Losing the front derailleur and gaining a mountain-bike rear mech means one less thing to knock out of alignment on rough ground."Heads up! We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning, and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearhead(R) Experts are always here to help.
