"Men's On® Cloud X Tempo: The Men's On Cloud X Tempo is a neutral cross-training shoe built for athletes who move between the gym floor and the road without missing a beat. At 8.78 ounces with an 8mm heel-to-toe drop, it sits in a comfortable middle ground - light enough to feel quick during cardio, grounded enough to handle lateral movements and circuit work. If your training week includes a mix of runs, strength sessions, and everything in between, this shoe is worth a close look.Underfoot, the Helion™ Superfoam midsole uses a dual-density construction with a softer top layer that absorbs impact without feeling mushy - a noticeable difference when you're moving through high-intensity intervals or back-to-back sets. The training-optimized CloudTec® cushioning keeps the ride smooth during cardio while staying stable enough for side-to-side movements. The 3-tone engineered mesh upper wraps the foot with a secure, breathable fit, and the cupped heel design locks things down during quick directional changes. The CleanCloud® Speedboard adds a lightweight midsole component made from transformed carbon emissions, keeping the shoe's footprint a little lighter on the planet as well. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put the Cloud X Tempo through a HIIT session - lots of jumping, cutting, and short sprints - and what stood out was how stable it felt without being stiff. The heel lockdown kept my foot from sliding around, and the cushioning held up through the whole workout without feeling worn out by the end."" - Sean, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Chula VistaWho It's Best ForIf you train across multiple formats - running, gym work, strength circuits, or group fitness - the Cloud X Tempo is built to handle the variety without asking you to swap shoes.
