"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: ""I love how this shoe transitions seamlessly from pavement to dirt roads. The energyFOAM evo midsole gives it just the right bounce without feeling mushy, and the Gravel ContaGRIP outsole really holds on loose surfaces. It’s lightweight, but doesn’t compromise on support."" When our routes move from city streets to gravel paths, the Salomon Aero Blaze 3 GRVL Running Shoe keeps us light on our feet and ready for more. The energyFOAM evo midsole delivers that ideal combo of soft cushioning and dynamic rebound, giving our stride an extra kick while absorbing harsh impacts. With a Gravel ContaGRIP® outsole and aggressive chevron lugs, it grips confidently across mixed terrain—perfect for exploratory runs and off-the-beaten-path missions. Engineered mesh up top allows airflow where we need it most, while the sensiFIT™ system wraps our feet in a personalized, supportive hold for miles of confident movement."
