SQlab 614 ERGOWAVE Active 2. 1 Carbon Saddle Lightweight comfort for the long haul. The SQlab 614 ERGOWAVE Active 2. 1 Carbon is a lightweight gravel saddle built for riders who spend serious time in the saddle on mixed terrain. The ERGOWAVE shape supports a clearly defined seating position, with a stepped profile that positions the sit bones on the raised rear section, a central dip, and a lowered nose that creates relief through the middle and front. SQlab's Active Technology allows the saddle to move slightly with each pedal stroke, supporting fluid pelvic motion and reducing lower back strain over long distances. Solid carbon rails keep the weight starting at just 192g, while Kevlar reinforcements protect high-wear areas without adding unnecessary bulk. Available in five widths to match individual sit bone measurements. Features ERGOWAVE shape uses a stepped profile with a central dip and lowered nose to support the sit bones, define the seating position, and relieve pressure through the center and front of the saddle on long gravel rides Active Technology (Sport) allows the saddle shell to flex laterally with each pedal stroke, supporting natural pelvic movement and reducing strain through the lower back over extended efforts Pronounced nose taper increases leg clearance and freedom of movement in a sporty, forward riding position Solid carbon rails (7x9mm high oval) reduce overall saddle weight while maintaining robust, trail-ready construction starting at approximately 192g Kevlar reinforcements protect high-wear areas of the cover for improved durability in exposed zones without adding weight Impact-resistant microfibre cover with superlight foam padding at 55 SQ-Shore hardness for a responsive, supportive feel65% perineal area pressure relief confirmed through pressure mapping, with load focused on the sit bones and the center kept nearly free of pressure Available in five widths (12 to 16cm) based on individual sit bone measurement for a precise, comfortable fit E-bike ready and DIN/ASTM Category 4 certified for use across all bike types and riding conditions SPECIFICATIONSAvailable Widths12cm, 13cm, 14cm, 15cm, 16cm Lengthapprox. 275mm Effective Heightapprox. 50mm Weightapprox. 192g (12cm) / 194g (13cm) / 197g (14cm) / 207g (15cm) / 209g (16cm)Rail Material Carbon, high oval 7x9mm solid Shell Material Glass fibre reinforced polyamide (PA12 + GF)Padding Superlight foam Cover Impact-resistant microfibre Padding Hardness55 SQ-Shore Perineal Pressure Relief65%Active Technology Yes (Sport)Gender Unisex Max Rider Weight90kg E-Bike Ready Yes Certification DIN/ASTM Category 4Intended Use Gravel, Bikepacking | Sqlab | 614 Ergowave Active 2. 1 Carbon Saddle 16Cm
