evo.com | Burton Snowboard Bindings > Some bindings are born legendary. This one just keeps reinventing itself. The Burton Step On(R) Cartel X EST Snowboard Bindings started as the go-to for riders who refused to compromise - all-mountain versatility, precise control, and the kind of medium to stiff response that makes every terrain feel like yours. Then came EST compatibility, floating the binding on Burton EST boards for a feel so close to the snow it almost doesn't feel like there's anything between you and it. Then came Step On(R), stripping away the last thing standing between you and the first turn of the day. Three evolutions. One binding that keeps getting better. SensoryBED(TM) reads what's underneath you, DialFLAD(TM) puts the lean angle in your hands, and clicking in makes the rest disappear. Flex Rating 6 - 9 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) FullBED Cushioning Padded, full-coverage footbed that rests between the binding and your board. Acts as a shock absorber to cushion, dampen chatter, and reduce fatigue. DialFLAD(TM) The higher the Forward Lean angle on your hi-backs, the quicker your heel-edge turns. Crank 'em forward for icy hits in the pipe, or back 'em off for jibbing. Re-Ground Materials to Reduce Waste Single Component 45% Short-Glass / Nylon Composite Baseplate One material throughout creates consistent response and feel for all-terrain domination.
