evo.com | Burton Snowboard Boots > Fast laces, faster runs. The Burton SLX Snowboard Boots are built for riders who show up to the mountain with a plan and leave having exceeded it. Speed Zone(TM) lacing with New England Ropes means your fit is locked in before the skiers have their first buckle done. A LIFE+ Liner with DryRide Heat Cycle(TM) lining keeps your feet warm, happy, and molding to the exact shape of your foot. The 1:1 Firm Flex PowerUP Tongue and Articulating Cuff keep your energy moving in the right direction, snapping back run after run without ever losing their edge. Vibram(R) XWing outsole with EcoStep Plus rubber eats up the chop, the crud, and everything in between so your legs stay fresh for the lines that actually matter. Come for the speed. Stay for the feeling. Traditional Midsole Traditional midsole ramp angle sets the user's heel above their toes when inside their boots, putting the rider on the balls of their feet in an athletic ready position, mimicking the ramped position in athletic performance footwear. Level 1 Molded EVA Footbed An extremely lightweight and highly shock-absorbent footbed. 1:1 Firm Flex PowerUP Tongue Burton offers 1:1 lasting on every boot. It means every half and full size shell, tongue, and out sole offer a precise fit that is not as common as one would think. Drop your loot on a Burton boot and you won't be stuck with the slop of a mismatched shell and liner. PowerUP tongues feature additional dual-density material for rebound and durability. Speed Zone(TM) Lacing Strong with a low-profile, Burton's Speed-Zone(TM) Lacing features lightning fast lacing control while allowing you to customize the fit of the upper and lower zone in seconds. More power means more rebound, wrap and response with less lacing effort. Flex Rating 5 - 8 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) | Burton SLX Snowboard Boots 2027 - 11 in Black | Rubber
