What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I like the Ascent 0F Sleeping Bag for regular cold-weather trips where comfort really matters. The wide mummy cut gives you room to move, and the sidewall baffles keep the loft consistent even if you sleep on your side. It's warm, dependable, and easy to live with on multi-night backpacking trips."We reach for the Ascent 0F Sleeping Bag when cold mountain nights are part of the plan and a good night's sleep makes all the difference. Built for trekking and backpacking in consistently cold conditions, it prioritizes warmth without sacrificing comfort or livability. Using L. O. F. T(TM) baffle technology and sidewall construction, the Ascent maintains even down distribution to reduce cold spots and preserve loft night after night. The wide mummy shape, anatomically shaped footbox, and 3D neck collar improve sleeping comfort-especially for side sleepers-while details like the arm access vent and smooth YKK(R) zippers add real-world usability. Filled with hydrophobic 650FP European duck down and protected by a Pertex(R) Quantum shell, it's a reliable companion for regular mountain use.
