Product DescriptionThe Apex Duty/Carry Kit for the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield is designed to deliver a smoother, more consistent trigger pull for duty or everyday carry use. The system is engineered to reduce pull weight by approximately 2 lbs (depending on factory tolerances) while providing shorter over-travel and a more detectable trigger reset. All included components work together to keep pull weight within an acceptable range for a top-end service pistol. Armorer or gunsmith installation of the Ultimate Striker Block (USB) into the Shield slide is strongly recommended.Product Highlights Smoother, more consistent trigger pull with approximately 2 lb reduction (tolerance dependent) Shorter over-travel and a more detectable trigger reset for improved control Designed for duty/carry-appropriate pull weight range in the M&P Shield platform Includes Ultimate Striker Block (USB) and 2-Dot fully machined sear for performance enhancement Complete kit includes springs and tools to support proper installationSpecs Brand: Apex Tactical Specialties Product Type: Duty/Carry trigger/action enhancement kit Compatibility: Smith & Wesson M&P Shield (as described by manufacturer text) Caliber Compatibility: .40 S&W (per product naming) Material: Metal Estimated Trigger Pull Reduction: Approximately 2 lbs (based on factory tolerances) Included Components: 2-Dot fully machined sear; Ultimate Striker Block (USB); striker block spring; Talon tactical tool; sear spring; slave pin; trigger return spring Manufacturer Part Number: 100076 UPC: 856008005222Disclaimer: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, specifications, and images; however, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
