The Recce series, a long-established leader in the suppressor market, continues to evolve with the Recce 5 (MOD 5), its highest-performing iteration yet. Featuring Griffin's patented ECO-FLOW baffle system, the MOD 5 delivers exceptional multi-caliber sound performance while minimizing back pressure for a more comfortable shooting experience. This optimized baffle design ensures a balanced sound signature at both the muzzle and the shooter's ear. Responding to elite tactical unit requirements, the MOD 5 incorporates an integrated low-profile flash reducer, significantly reducing first-round flash without adding excessive length. The backward-compatible Taper Mount-RI interface, an evolution of Griffin's renowned taper mount system, provides secure attachment and enhanced accuracy with a 3x faster mounting process. Constructed from 17-4 stainless steel, fully CNC machined and TIG fusion welded, the Recce 5 offers unmatched strength and durability. Extensive testing confirms 17-4 stainless steel's superior longevity compared to Inconel and Stellite 6. Included with the Recce 5 is a Taper Mount EZ Brake, offering exceptional value.
