ALTUS Escape Hatch - OD 23-1/16" x 23-1/16"ALTUS is made of a sturdy aluminum profile (height 13/16" (21 mm)) with a satin sheen anodized frame and is suitable for design category A and appliance location area II. The acrylic has a thickness of 3/8" (10 mm) and is 'dark smoke&&';; colored. These hatches come with adjusters which are stylish and easy to operate, allowing the lid to be held open at almost any angle up to 90deg. Type ALTUS can be fitted on the deck and opened from the inside or outside. It has a ventilation position and can be locked completely watertight. They are CE-classified AII, which means to say that they are designed for ocean use and can be fitted on deck. These hatches are provided with carefully designed hatch adjusters, which are both stylish and easy to operate.Like other VETUS hatches, the ALTUS range can be opened from inside or outside the boat. They can also be left locked; either completely watertight or in a ventilation position.The frame profile is hand-polished and anodized.
