"Women's Brooks® Spark 5"" Short Tight: The Brooks Spark 5"" Short Tight is a women's running short tight built for runners who want coverage and comfort without sacrificing breathability. The fitted, compression-style construction holds everything in place during your run, while the 5"" length gives you freedom of movement whether you're logging easy miles or pushing the pace. If you've ever finished a run feeling uncomfortable from chafing or frustrated by gear that shifts around, this short tight is worth a close look. The GO2 Secure™ fabric is the foundation here - it's an 80% polyester/20% spandex blend that moves with you while keeping breathability high and support consistent. An inner-thigh panel minimizes chafing where it tends to matter most on longer efforts. For storage, you get a turn-and-lock back pocket and two drop-in side pockets, so your phone, keys, or fuel can come along without bouncing around. The infinity drawcord lets you dial in the fit at the waist, and the bluesign®-approved fabric means the materials meet responsible production standards. UPF 50+ protection is built in, which is a quiet but useful feature for outdoor runs in sunny conditions. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I wore these on a longer morning run and the inner-thigh panel made a real difference - zero chafing, even after a few miles. The back pocket is secure enough that I didn't think about my phone once, and the fabric stayed breathable the whole time. These are the kind of shorts you reach for without overthinking it."" - Rachel, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Carlsbad, CAWho It's Best ForThe Brooks Spark 5"" Short Tight is a strong choice for women who prefer a fitted, compression-style running short with reliable storage and chafe-resistant construction.
