"Women's Merrell® Moab Speed 2 LTR Waterproof: The Merrell Moab Speed 2 LTR Waterproof is a women's waterproof hiking shoe that brings a modern, stylized look to the trail without giving up the protection you need when the weather turns. Built with a nubuck leather upper mixed with synthetic and textile materials, it's the kind of shoe that handles wet conditions and rugged terrain while still looking sharp enough for everyday wear. If you spend fall and winter days on the trail or moving through mixed conditions, the waterproof membrane seals out moisture while still letting your foot breathe - so you stay dry without overheating.Underfoot, the FloatPro™ Foam midsole keeps things lightweight and comfortable over longer stretches, while the FlexPlate™ technology adds torsional rigidity and lateral stability without making the shoe feel stiff. The Vibram® TC5+ outsole - formulated exclusively for Merrell - uses traction lugs designed to grip the ground and shed debris with each step, so you stay confident on loose or slippery surfaces. Inside, a 50% recycled removable EVA foam footbed sits over a 100% recycled breathable mesh lining treated with Cleansport NXT™ for natural odor control. The bellows tongue keeps trail debris out, and the leather heel pull tab makes getting in and out easy after a long day.Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I really like recommending this one for fall hiking - the nubuck leather looks great and the waterproofing actually holds up when you hit wet leaves or muddy sections. The FlexPlate™ gives it just enough structure so your foot doesn't feel like it's working overtime on uneven ground, but it's not a stiff or heavy shoe at all."" - Rachel, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Carlsbad, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a hiker or outdoor enthusiast looking for a waterproof hiking shoe that handles wet trails and cooler conditions without sacrificing comfort or style, the Moab Speed 2 LTR Waterproof is worth a close look.
