"Women's Mizuno® Wave Momentum 3: The Wave Momentum 3 is a women's volleyball shoe built to keep you comfortable and supported through long practices and match play. Mizuno packed it with MIZUNO ENERZY foam in the midsole, which stays soft underfoot while holding its shape over time - so the cushioning you feel in the first set is still there in the fifth. If you spend a lot of time on your feet on the court, that kind of lasting comfort makes a real difference. The DynamotionFit Bootie construction wraps the foot for a snug, secure feel that moves with you rather than against you. The EVA Midsole INTERCOOL ventilation system pulls heat and humidity away from the foot during play, keeping things cool and dry when the intensity picks up. A Dura Shield at the toe protects against the wear that comes from repeated floor contact - a detail that matters for players who put in serious court time. At 11.9 ounces and a 12 mm drop, the Wave Momentum 3 offers a grounded, stable platform that suits players who want reliable cushioning without sacrificing court feel. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on during a long practice and noticed right away how secure the fit felt around the midfoot - nothing was shifting around. The cushioning held up through the whole session, and my feet stayed noticeably cooler than usual. These are a solid pick for anyone who's on the court for hours at a time."" - Rachel, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Carlsbad, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a volleyball player looking for a women's court shoe that combines lasting cushioning with a secure, breathable fit, the Wave Momentum 3 is worth a close look.
