"Men's Inov-8® F-Lite 260 v2 Knit: The Men's Inov-8 F-Lite 260 v2 Knit is a training shoe built for functional fitness, strength work, and cardio-based workouts where you need a shoe that moves with you in every direction. The updated design brings a refreshed look while keeping the responsive POWERFLOW cushioning and lockdown fit that made the original a go-to choice. Whether you're moving laterally, lifting, or pushing through conditioning work, this shoe stays secure and protective underfoot. The knit upper breathes well while keeping your foot supported and nimble, and the new Met-Cradle design keeps the shoe light and flexible without sacrificing stability. A redesigned heel counter gives you the support you need for lateral training moves, while the new protective toe bumper guards your feet from impacts during floor work and lifting. The 360-degree Rope-Tec protection system wraps the shoe for added traction and durability, and an 8 mm heel-to-toe drop provides a natural, balanced platform. You get a shoe that handles tough workouts without overcomplicating the ride. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I tested these through a mix of strength training and conditioning work, and they stayed locked in the whole time.
