"HOKA® Rocket X 3: The HOKA Rocket X 3 is a high-performance road running shoe built for neutral runners who are chasing faster times. With max cushioning underfoot and a carbon fiber plate paired with winglets for snappier propulsion through toe-off, this is the shoe you reach for when the goal is speed. At 7.9 ounces with a 7 mm heel-to-toe drop, it sits in a sweet spot between responsive and cushioned - fast enough to push hard, comfortable enough to stay in control mile after mile. The dual-density PEBA foam midsole cushions your stride while keeping the ride lively, so you get a soft landing without losing momentum at toe-off. The stitch-free single-layer warp knit upper wraps the foot securely without adding bulk, keeping things breathable and blister-free during hard efforts. A sticky rubber outsole holds its grip through surges and corners, giving you confidence when the pace picks up. If you have a medium to high arch and run neutral, the Rocket X 3 is built around your biomechanics from the ground up.Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on a customer who was training for a half marathon and wanted something that felt fast but didn't beat up their feet. The PEBA foam has a real bounce to it - soft when you land, then it snaps back. The carbon plate and winglets make toe-off feel effortless. These are the kind of shoes that make you want to run faster just to see what they can do."" - Sabrina, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a neutral runner targeting a PR, training for a road race, or just want a high-performance running shoe that can handle faster workouts without sacrificing cushioning, the Rocket X 3 is worth a serious look.
