A full-length 6-spike plate puts lightweight grip directly under your stride, giving you the traction and confidence to push through every step on the track. The fit runs true to size, and the smooth transitions keep your momentum going from first step to finish line. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on before a track session and the first thing I noticed was how little shoe there is - in the best way. At 4.4 ounces, they practically disappear on your foot. The bootie construction with the internal cage keeps everything locked down so you're not thinking about your shoe mid-race, just your split."" - Michael, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Seattle WAWho It's Best ForIf you're a middle distance runner competing in track and field events and want a lightweight spike that keeps your foot secure without slowing you down, the MD800v6 is worth a serious look. It's a strong fit for competitive athletes who prioritize a snug, responsive feel and reliable grip on the track.
