"Women's Mizuno® Wave Prophecy 14: The Wave Prophecy 14 is a stability running shoe built for women who want serious cushioning and a supportive ride on every run. The MIZUNO WAVE Plate works across the full length of the midsole, dispersing impact energy over a broader area so each landing feels stable and cushioned rather than harsh. If you log consistent miles and want a shoe that holds up run after run, this one is worth a close look. The jacquard mesh upper keeps the fit structured without feeling stiff, and the gusseted tongue wraps the foot securely so there's no shifting or bunching mid-run. An 8 mm drop gives the ride a natural, forward-moving feel. The X10 outsole uses durable carbon rubber at high-wear zones, so the shoe holds up over time rather than breaking down quickly. Recycled materials are worked into the construction, which is a nice detail for runners who care about sustainability. The fit runs up half a size, so keep that in mind when ordering. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on a customer who had been dealing with a lot of fatigue on her longer runs, and the WAVE Plate really does make a difference - you can feel how it spreads out the impact instead of concentrating it. The gusseted tongue is one of those small things that makes a big difference once you've run in it."" - Rachel, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Carlsbad, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a woman looking for a stability running shoe with substantial cushioning for daily training and longer road runs, the Wave Prophecy 14 is a strong option.
