"Men's While On Earth® Move Trainer: If you're looking for a men's cross training shoe that can handle the full range of what happens inside the gym, the While On Earth Move Trainer is worth a close look. Built on an anatomical last that follows the natural shape of the foot, it's designed to feel comfortable from the first session - whether you're moving through a high-intensity workout, lifting weights, or grinding through cardio. The 6 mm heel-to-toe drop and EVA midsole keep the ride stable and cushioned underfoot, which matters when you're on your feet for an extended training session.A few details make this shoe work well across different gym activities. The Thriveknit upper is breathable and flexible, so your foot isn't fighting the shoe during lateral movement or dynamic exercises. A TPU wrap adds structure around the midfoot for a locked-in feel when you need it most, and medial protection gives the arch area added support during side-to-side movement. The anti-stain and water-resistant finish helps the shoe hold up to the everyday wear and sweat that comes with regular training. If you size up a half size, the fit runs true to that recommendation. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on during a workout that mixed lifting with some cardio intervals, and the EVA midsole kept things comfortable throughout - not too soft that I felt unstable under load, but cushioned enough that my feet weren't worn out by the end. The Thriveknit upper has a nice give to it without feeling sloppy. Good option if you want one shoe that handles a variety of gym work."" - Sullivan, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Naperville ILWho It's Best ForIf you train across multiple disciplines - weights, cardio, HIIT, or general fitness - and want a men's cross training shoe that stays comfortable and supportive through all of it, the Move Trainer fits that need well.
