"Women's Ryka® Influence: The Ryka® Influence is a women's cross training shoe built for higher-impact studio workouts - think aerobics, dance fitness, and functional training classes where you need cushioning, support, and the ability to move in multiple directions. At 7.3 oz, it stays light on your feet through even the most demanding sessions.N-Gage EVA cushioning works underfoot to absorb impact and keep you comfortable as the intensity builds. A dedicated pivot point in the outsole makes it easier to spin, turn, and shift direction without fighting the shoe - which matters a lot when your instructor calls for a quick change of movement. The fit runs up half a size, so sizing up from your usual is the way to go for the best feel. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I recommend the Influence to women who are serious about their studio classes. The pivot point is something you actually notice - lateral moves and turns feel smooth instead of sticky. And it's light enough that you're not dragging extra weight through a full hour of training."" - Sawyer, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Wilmette ILWho It's Best ForIf you take group fitness classes, dance cardio, or high-impact studio workouts regularly, the Ryka® Influence is worth a close look. It's designed specifically for women who need a cross training shoe that can handle lateral movement, quick pivots, and sustained impact - not just straight-ahead motion. The N-Gage EVA cushioning and pivot point make it a practical choice for anyone who wants support and mobility in one shoe. Keep in mind the fit runs large, so plan to size up.
