"Women's Reebok® Nano X5: The Women's Reebok Nano X5 is a cross-training shoe built for gym workouts, studio sessions, and anyone who needs a stable, cushioned foundation across a variety of movements. Whether you're lifting, jumping, or working through high-intensity intervals, it's designed to keep you comfortable and secure from the first rep to the last. The engineered flexweave upper keeps airflow moving through the shoe during hard efforts, while the performance comfort collar wraps the ankle to hold your foot in place without feeling restrictive. Underfoot, the Dual-Response EVA midsole is zoned to give you cushioned responsiveness in the forefoot where you need it during dynamic movement, and firmer support in the rear for stability when you're planted. The Decoupled Metasplit outsole flexes with your foot rather than against it, so the shoe adapts as you move through different exercises. If you tend to size up, note that this shoe fits best when ordered a half size up.Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I recommend the Nano X5 a lot to customers who do a mix of lifting and cardio in the same session. The collar really does lock your foot in - you don't feel like you're sliding around during lateral movements. And the cushioning in the forefoot makes a noticeable difference when you're doing box jumps or burpees."" - Sawyer, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Wilmette ILWho It's Best ForIf you spend most of your workout time in the gym or studio and want a cross-training shoe that handles strength work, cardio, and everything in between, the Nano X5 is worth a close look.
