The Howa M1500 Mini Action Bolt-Action Rifle features a down-sized action that's 12% shorter than standard short actions, allowing for a shorter bolt throw and faster cycling along with less weight. That's certainly a good thing when you're hunting. With game-taking precision in mind, these hunting rifles from Howa are built with exacting tolerances and constructed from the finest materials. From its carbon fiber-wrapped, cold hammer-forged barrel to its pillar-bedded action, these guns are built with tack-driving downrange precision. Carbon fiber-wrapped barrels offer significantly enhanced stiffness and heat dissipation, providing better shot-to-shot consistency than traditional barrels. The 2-stage match trigger delivers a trigger pull that puts a lot of factory rifles to shame but we recommend you feel it for yourself. Beautiful checkered walnut stock. 3-position safety.
