The Micro Bastard from APA is a high-performance, self-timing muzzle brake designed for shooters who demand maximum recoil control in a compact, lightweight package. Machined from nitrided steel, this brake features APA's fine-tuned “Bastard” port geometry and internal manifold which deliver serious recoil reduction while also producing a softer, lower-frequency sound signature. The self-timing design eliminates the need for crush washers or shims, making installation straightforward and repeatable. With a diameter optimized for sporter-weight barrels and a thread pitch of 1/2×28 for .22-caliber or conversion use, it provides precise fitment and alignment. Ideal for hunting or precision applications where every ounce and inch matter, the Micro Bastard offers class-leading performance without overburdening the rifle.
