What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"After long days on the water, I love that this pad smooths out every rock and root. The PVC shell shrugs off grit, the foam stays supportive night after night, and the self-inflating valve makes camp setup painless. It's the kind of pad I can throw in a raft, use as gear protection, and still count on for a solid sleep."We know the value of real rest when we're living out of dry bags and pulling long miles on moving water. That's why the Jack's Plastic Paco Grande Sleeping Pad earns a permanent place in our rig. Jacks Plastic Welding builds it with the same bomber PVC we trust in our boats, and the moment we unroll it, the self-inflating design gives us thick, even cushioning that turns any rocky sandbar into a dependable place to sleep. As the days stack up, the high-density foam keeps its shape, absorbing sharp edges and smoothing out uneven ground. We use it as a sleeping pad, sure, but also as cooler insulation and protection for sensitive gear on the raft. It's one of those river tools we rely on for more than one job, and it shows up every trip ready for more.
