Directly above the main bag is a horizontal zippered pocket for additional storage space of small items. The right side features a tripod attachment system with an open pocket for securing the tripod’s legs, and the left side features a zippered stuff pocket. The left side also features an dedicated spotting scope pocket on the inside for quick and easy access. Carrying capacity can be further expanded with the use of tri-slide attachment points for SG Pack Accessory storage (sold separately), as well as a load shelf to increase capacity by +2500 cubic inches. The overall design of the Col 4800 allows the user to achieve even weight distribution when carrying a rifle or bow in addition to a tripod and spotter.
