Product Category Description: The DNA centrifugal concentrator has all of the features of the CentriVap benchtop concentrators (see 89004-916 series) with the addition of a DNA rotor that accommodates up to sixty 1.5mL and 2.0mL tubes or seventy-two 0.5mL tubes. DNA concentrators also feature two 177mL glass traps: one is located between the chamber and the vacuum pump and the other is attached to the pump s exhaust outlet. An integrated corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump achieves a vacuum of 751.8mm Hg and has a pumping capacity of 34L/min (1.2cfm). The pump can easily be removed from the DNA concentrator for service.
