Barnes Bullets Tipped TSX 375 Caliber .375 250 GR TTSX Boat Tail 50 Box. The TSX-style bullets work by rapidly expanding upon impact to eliminate the 'dead-on' effect of many polymer tips. With both Barnes and Hornady TSX-tip bullets hunters can now utilize the TSX-style bullet on a variety of large game. For average sized game these bullets provide a good level of energy retention at all impact energies. Formed from bonded pure copper the Tipped TSX-Tipped bullets have an aerodynamically designed tip that initiates expansion at all impact energies. What this does is help velocity and chamber pressures hold the projectile together allowing for deep penetration. Large game like elk or moose will drop quickly with just one shot.
