The GRIPTRAP Mk3 is a laterally offset, ambidextrous handstop designed to enhance weapon control, ergonomics, and recoil management. Featuring a unique yawed angle, the Mk3 offers improved reticle stability and reduced movement during rapid fire. This version features the steepest grip angle in the GRIPTRAP lineup, making it ideal for users employing an extended or "C-clamp" grip style. It performs best when mounted in the 4:30 or 7:30 position on the handguard, aligning naturally with the shooter's support hand. Originally engineered for offset mounting, the GRIPTRAP Mk3 also functions effectively as a forward handstop or barricade stop-especially useful on suppressed SBRs and setups with short handguards. Built for versatility and performance, it's a compact solution for enhancing control in demanding conditions.
