The Pro Series Die Set is designed specifically for progressive reloading machines, optimizing efficiency and precision. It includes the NxGEN carbide sizing die (NX-C) for smooth and reliable case resizing but omits an expander die (EXP), as most progressive machines perform case mouth expansion at the powder drop station. A specially engineered seating die (PRO ST) with a large entry radius is included for easy bullet alignment but does not provide crimping capability. To complete the process, the set includes a dedicated bullet crimping die (CR), available in either a Profile Crimp or Taper Crimp configuration, as indicated in the accompanying chart. While tailored for progressive presses, this die set also performs exceptionally well on single-stage presses when paired with a separately purchased expander die. For optimal results, crimping should be performed after bullet seating, ensuring the best possible handloads.
