We've expanded the realm of possibilities for adapting your preferred caliber and accommodating various actions with the introduction of a bolt action barrel blank. Our bolt action barrels cover a wide range of calibers, lengths, profiles and rifling twist rates. When you receive your bolt action barrel, it will be ready for threading and chamberings by your selected gunsmith. It's important to keep In mind that while proof Research's barrel blanks can be customized with different chambers, we cannot provide guarantees for specific performance metrics like accuracy, muzzle velocity and bullet stability. This is especially pertinent for wildcat cartridges without standardized chambers, designs or pressure specifications. Although proof Research's barrels are engineered for safe operation with most established cartridges and within SAAMI and CIP pressure limits, caution is advisable for unique rifle builds. For any inquiries related to safety or the potential performance of your intended rifle assembly, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department.
