This design achieves exceptional robustness without adding unnecessary weight. Our mounts begin as separate components, with the bases and caps manufactured in batches. While many manufacturers send these parts off for anodizing and then simply assemble them, we take extra steps to ensure superior quality. Once the parts return from anodizing, they undergo full assembly and are placed back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification using custom spacers that allow the rings to securely clamp down on the optic. Finally, we perform a final-bore matching process as sets in our state-of-the-art machining centers. The mounts are then removed from the machine in sets, rigorously quality checked and carefully packaged to guarantee that you receive a product finished to perfection.
