SA FRONTIER(TM) PRE-WAR SERIES This series is made by Pietta. It\'s an authentic and high-quality reproduction of the 1873 ColtA(R) single action revolver. It\'s designed on a Pre-War frame (1896-1940) and features the characteristic Pre-War half moon ejector. A spring-loaded push pin through the side of the frame secures the base pin. ALL Cimarron REVOLVERS All Cimarron revolvers feature the Cowboy CompA(R) action, which addresses and eliminates the weaknesses found in the 19th-century design. This makes for a more reliable, modern weapon with classic design elements.
