The Buffalo Bore Ammunition 20.5A/20 showcases a line of hard cast bullets for 38 S&W (38 New Colt Police) firearms with a unique flat nose design. This design ensures that the bullets do not deform upon impact, thus ensuring better penetration. These bullets pack a punch similar to most commercially produced 38 Special ammo. The use of modern powders in these bullets allows for an additional increase in velocity, while still adhering to the Saami pressure limits of 13,000 CUP. The end result is a destructive cartridge that breathes new life into your old pistols. The expected straight line penetration of these bullets ranges between 22 to 30 inches in mammalian tissue, depending on the amount of clothing and bone encountered. The ammunition also employs flash-suppressed powder which prevents the shooter from being blinded by their own gunfire in low-light conditions. Rest assured, this ammunition is entirely safe for use in any sturdy frame revolver.
